A highly interactive 2-hour workshop, focused on building three essential skills for improving and managing personal wellbeing. The course will provide insight into the importance, benefit and impact of building Self-Awareness, Self-Compassion and Self-Confidence. You will also learn practical techniques to develop and build on each of these skills in a sustainable, long-lasting way.
