Studio Park Tower
Located in the heart of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Studio Park Tower and Lofts is the fifth tallest building in the city. Constructed on top of an existing six-deck parking garage, the addition of the post-tensioned residential tower brought the building’s total height to 22-stories.
The tower includes 25 condominiums and 165 apartment units varying between studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans.
