He has also played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s capabilities. Dan has more than 25 years of experience in construction management and has led major projects in the pharmaceutical, multi-family, retail and education sectors. A LEED-accredited professional, Buskirk is dedicated to fostering relationships with trade partners, driving professional development within Rockford’s team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet clients’ evolving needs.

Completed in 2017, the Laboratory Preschool is a unique learning environment for college students enrolled in the Child Development curriculum at Grand Rapids Community College. Used as an actual public preschool and daycare center, students in the education programs engage in activities with the children under the supervision of highly qualified teachers in a model early childhood program. The facility allows students to participate in hands-on learning and investigation, while providing college educators and local professionals with nearby childcare.
