Johanna VanderVeen

Johanna is an integral part of Rockford’s real estate development team as vice president of finance. She creates and manages all proformas, prepares loan requests and analyzes financial statements for her portfolio of projects. She also works directly with banks and investors to secure financing and conducts local and national market research in support of new developments. Johanna also works closely with Rockford’s accounting team to prepare financial client reporting and performance statements.
