Tim Potter

Tim has a unique background at Rockford, having served as a construction superintendent for over a decade and now leading the company's Procurement and Equipment Teams. Rockford’s non-exclusive procurement program leverages its annual project volume of $450+ million to achieve cost savings on equipment, materials and services for our clients. Tim works with local, state and regional trade contractors and equipment suppliers to identify highly qualified vendors and secures the best up-front prices based on volume purchasing. He also negotiates shipping, handling and storage, when necessary.
