This project brings a diverse mix of residential units, job training opportunities, office users and key neighborhood services. This includes Bridge Street Market, a Meijer neighborhood grocery concept utilizing 38,000 sq. ft. with a sidewalk produce market; and street level retail which resides below the ICCF Community Homes Development.
The mixed-use development also includes The Hendrik (116 market-rate apartments totaling 85,000 sq. ft), and affordable apartments developed by ICCF (71,500 sq. ft. with 64 units). 60,000 sq. ft. of the project is dedicated to workspace with West Michigan Center for Arts and Technology (WMCAT) using 21,000 sq. ft. for its corporate office.
