This six-phase project sought to improve and modernize nearly 60,000 sq. ft. of classrooms, student gathering spaces, faculty offices, prayer rooms, and a covenant room. Many unforeseen conditions were discovered during demolition. Rockford’s team rose to the challenge and found innovative ways to devise solutions that weren’t necessarily the easy choice, but the correct one for the owners and end users. Additionally, the team was able to shave four months off the project and completed it in eight months. The project provides the seminary with improved efficiency and updated spaces that are more modular and flexible to accommodate a wide range of student and class needs.
