Rockford renovated 96,000 sq. ft. for Stryker Corporation in a record-setting 45 days. The repurposed facility, which had sat vacant for five years, was gutted and then finished with a new mechanical system, roof and high-quality finishes. Rockford's preconstruction and management teams engaged in project planning and long lead-procurement for several months prior to the start of construction. Additionally, extensive value engineering was conducted to meet the project budget. Due to the accelerated project schedule, staff and trade contractors worked multiple shifts and weekends to meet the required timeline. Communication was performed at the highest level to keep production maximized.
