With more than 25 years in construction, Pete blends his expertise in serving commercial clients with decades of experience in custom residential homebuilding. With his service mentality and attention to detail and quality, he brings a unique skillset to his role as owner's representative. Pete serves as a single point of contact to advocate on a client's behalf, carefully procuring, coordinating and overseeing all resources (design, construction and trades) to ensure goals and objectives are met. Pete currently serves Rockford in this capacity with numerous Fortune 100 and 500 companies as well as through Rockford Homes, a sophisticated, custom home entity.
